Program Description

Event Details

Two 90-minute sessions. This workshop will focus on how improv can be used as a tool for handling life’s challenges. Improv is not necessarily about being funny. It’s about being present and engaged. When we fully understand the power of saying “yes and” a lot of life can open up. This workshop will incorporate easy improvisation exercises, discussion and coaching techniques.

Participants should plan on attending both sessions. Session one is a prerequisite for session two Registration is required.
