Thomas Tyrrell discusses what is likely to be the next front of America's "War on Terror," the Sahel region of Africa including the countries of Somalia, Chad, Mali, and Mozambique. The lecture will discuss the results of US military intervention of wars in Iraq and Afghanistan in order to take a look at what we might expect from another such endeavor.
