Join instructor JoAnn Ralph for this free, one-hour introduction to Yoga. Learn the purpose and benefits of daily yoga practice as well as the value of using breath techniques to reduce anxiety, re-energize, and improve concentration.

If you are curious about yoga and not sure where or how to start, this workshop is for you. If already practice but know someone who might benefit from learning about yoga, bring them along.
