The Meeting Room is available for nonprofit groups, organization and individuals on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not guaranteed until the application is approved.
Subject to the Library Meeting Room Policy.
Equipment
The Meeting Room has a screen, sound system and flat screen television with an HDMI port. Staff will assist in setup.
Seating
There are 17 rectangular tables on wheels and 99 chairs available for use in the South County Meeting Room. The responsibility of the room setup and cleanup is left to the group using the space.
