Meeting Room A is the largest room available at the Northwest Regional Library.
This room is not reserved until staff has reviewed the reservation request and approved it. Look for a status email upon submission of your reservation request for information. Online reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Groups are responsible for set up and tear down of room set-up.
Subject to the Library Meeting Room Policy.
This room is available for After-Hours booking. This is for up to one hour after branch closure with a $100.00 fee.
Equipment
Meeting Room A includes a ceiling mounted projector and screen system. You may also request a laptop, microphone, and/or DVD player when making your room reservation.
Seating
Groups are responsible for set-up and tear down of tables and chairs. We ask that groups return the room as they found it. There are 27 rectangular tables and 200 chairs available for you to configure as you wish.
