Meeting Room is the only room available at the library. It includes a refrigerator which can be used to store refreshments if needed for meetings with the branch manager’s approval.
Subject to the Library Meeting Room Policy.
Equipment
The meeting room includes a pull down screen for use with a projector. You may request the use of a projector when making your room reservation and you will be notified if it will be available.
Seating
There are 7 rectangular tables and 21 chairs for the use in the Meeting Room.You will handle the set up of the room and will be responsible to return all tables and chairs to the storage area before leaving.
