Meeting Room BC is the second largest meeting room in this branch.
This room is not reserved until staff has reviewed the reservation request and approved it. Look for a status email upon submission of your reservation request for information. Online reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Groups are responsible for set up and tear down of room set-up.
Subject to the Library Meeting Room Policy.
Equipment
Room BC includes Public wi-fi, large whiteboards on two walls, a 55” TV with HDMI and VGA connections and a Podium.
Seating
Groups are responsible for set-up and tear down of tables and chairs. We ask that groups return the room as they found it. There are 9 rectangular tables and 35 chairs to configure as you wish.
