Southwest Florida Council of ABWA 4th Quarter Meeting

Brief Description of Event

I am the Chair of the Southwest Florida Council of ABWA (www.abwaswfl.org). We are part of the American Business Women's Association (www.abwa.org), a non-profit organization. We need a room reservation for the Council's Quarterly Meeting for Saturday, October 12, 2019, from 8:45am-12:30pm (setup and clean-up included). The agenda is as follow for reference only and subject to change (no food to be brought into the meeting):
Review and approval of July Meeting Minutes
Review of Treasurer's Report
Board and Committee Updates
Past and Future Events Planning and Updates
Professional Forum: Strategic Planning for 2020
Council Business: Election of 2020 Executive Board and Delegates voting of the SWFL Council Woman of the Year
Ending remarks
The Council meets every quarter on the 2nd Saturday and usually we have members from our local 6 chapters attending from Fort Myers, Imperial River, Lehigh Acres, Naples, Punta Gorda, and Sanibel-Captiva.

Please let me know our options at the FM Library. We expect to have between 30-40 attendees (opened to current members and potential new members).

We will need at least 6-8 tables setup in a U form. Is it possible to also have internet and TV monitor access for the meeting, as well as microphone?
