Brief Description of Event

We will provide information about the Right to Clean Water Constitutional Amendment petition drive currently underway. This proposed amendment, like the Orange County Charter Amendment passed by voters in 2020, would grant all Floridians the right to clean water and grant basic rights to Florida's waterways. It is a new and needed legal tool because our regulatory system has failed to adequately protect us and our waterways.
