Brief Description of Event
This event will give us an opportunity to think about and brainstorm ideas for nurturing existing and developing new service relationships with patrons. These relationships are a key factor in the future success of the Library System. We are thrilled to announce Andrew Sanderbeck will be our keynote speaker. Andrew has been developing and conducting training seminars and web-based programs for libraries and library organizations for more than fifteen years. He has presented web-based, on-line, and in-person sessions on management and leadership, customer service and communication skills in the U.S. and numerous countries around the world. He is the author of two books and more than 50 webinars.
The afternoon will also include breakout sessions, roundtable discussions and networking among colleagues.
