The 90 minute sessions provide adult learners an opportunity to practice speaking English with native speakers. Topics include everyday situations, current events and cultural areas.
English Café is offered several times each week at locations throughout Lee County.
Special services like sign language interpretation and assistive listening can be provided at events to patrons upon request. While attending library programs, visitors may be photographed by library staff. Photographs become library property and may be used in library promotions. Individuals who do not want to be photographed or recorded are responsible for removing themselves from the area or notifying the photographer of their opt-out status.
A group of homeschooled kids and their parents come together for Lego Club. There will be a planned activity/exercise which the kids will either do individually or in groups using Legos. Each group will present their Lego built at the end.
