Quilt Group Meeting
In this free session, participants will learn two yoga techniques which can help with alertness, energy, and overall health. Then, there will be a meditation for creating success.
The 90 minute sessions provide adult learners an opportunity to practice speaking English with native speakers. Topics include everyday situations, current events and cultural areas.
