What's for dinner? Today we learn about grains. What is a healthy grain? How to find foods that truly have whole grains and avoid the tricks to fool you. Also learn what to look for on product labels, daily dietary recommendations, and benefits of eating whole grains. 

Try out some food samples and participate in the door prize give-away!

This program is offered as part of the UF/IFAS Extension's Family Nutrition Program and The Blue Zones Project of Southwest Florida.
