Your health matters!  As the school year comes to a close, are you feeling a little stressed-out and needing some calm in your life? Drop in and create your own stress ball on Tuesday, May 7 from 6:15-7:15pm. The stress ball functions to take your mind off your stressors and calm your nerves. Repeatedly squeezing it helps to release tension as well as pent-up emotions. All supplies are provided while they last. For ages 11-18. Sponsored by Friends of South County Regional Library.
