Brief Description of Event

I'm a volunteer with Isha Foundation, an International non-profit public service organization, founded by Sadhguru, a leading authority on yoga. As part of a worldwide initiative to make everyone aware of the innumerable benefits of yoga, Isha Foundation is offering Yoga and Meditation workshops in and around around various city centers in United States and world wide, which have already touched the lives of millions of people. These yoga and meditation practices or technologies for wellbeing are offered free of charge and include invigorating physical postures, breathing methods and meditation. Programs are open to all and do not require any fitness level or previous experience of yoga.

Programs can be tailored to meet your availability in terms of day and time, with instruction duration options of 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes, offered to anyone over 18 yrs of age. Children 7+ can attend Yoga sessions and 12+ can attend meditation sessions, but should be accompanied by an adult.

• Yoga for Beginners - offered as 45 min or 90 min sessions.

• Meditation for Beginners – offered as a 60 min session.

• Yoga for Success – a combination of Yoga and Meditation offered as a 75 min session.

These take-home practices take only 5 to 25 minutes of actual daily practice time. We also provide ongoing free online support through our website & mobile app and email support for any questions.

We are intending to do two sessions. First one is Yoga for beginners for 90 minutes and second one is Meditation for beginners for 60 minutes.
