Event Details
The rules of pronunciation we all learned in first grade to be able to read just do not apply to German. The goal of this workshop is to provide attendees with the basics of reading German words, so that they can correctly say their ancestors’ names and places of origin. This will be a session that is not linguistically technical but will help American genealogists to sound more German!
