Event Details
Players participate in a bracket-style competition between two topics: “Who Changed America More?” or “Which Food is More American?". Head to Head will lead to lively discussion as teens strategize and compromise to get their pick to the top of the board. No registration required. All supplies and snacks provided while they last.
This program is intended for ages 11 to 18 to attend independently. Please speak with staff if caregiver assistance is needed.
This program accompanies "Voices and Votes: Democracy in America" opening at the Cape Coral Lee County Public Library on September 14, 2024.
"Voices and Votes: Democracy in America" is part of Museum on Main Street, a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and Florida Humanities. Photography During Programs
While attending library programs, visitors may be photographed by library staff. Photographs become library property and may be used in library promotions. Individuals who do not want to be photographed or recorded are responsible for removing themselves from the area or notifying the photographer of their opt-out status.
