Event Details

Cooking and Seasoning with Herbs is part of a 5-session series designed to help older adults improve their nutrition and health status. Information, tips and recipes will be shared during each session. Dates for the entire series are as follows:

  1. Oct. 23 – Great Grain Discoveries
  2. Oct. 30 – All Star Senior Snacks
  3. Nov. 20 – Heart Healthy Meals
  4. Dec. 4 – Cooking and Seasoning with Herbs
  5. Dec. 11 – Savory Soups
