Program Description

Event Details

Join Sanibel Sea School in their mobile sea labs and gain a better understanding of the creatures that are found in Southwest Florida's marine environments.  Get a chance to use a microscope, learn about marine habitats and help dissect a squid! Program space is limited.

Registration required. Your registration is valid only until the start of the program.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the program.  This program is for children ages 6 to 11 to attend independently while caregivers wait nearby in the library.  Seating for caregivers and siblings will be available if space allows.  Please speak with staff before registering if caregiver assistance is needed.

Photography During Programs

While attending library programs, visitors may be photographed by library staff. Photographs become library property and may be used in library promotions. Individuals who do not want to be photographed or recorded are responsible for removing themselves from the area or notifying the photographer of their opt-out status.
