Brief Description of Event

Cape Coral residents are invited to attend this presentation about efforts to amend our state constitution to grant all Floridians a fundamental "Right to Clean and Healthy Waters," the legal tool needed to adequately address water quality issues such as blue-green algae blooms and red tides, as well as the loss of wetlands.
