He is a Bronze-star Vietnam Vet; a ten-year NPR veteran whose "Reggae Beat" program was syndicated to 130 stations internationally; an author of ten books of reggae history and photography; and an award-winning actor and narrator, whose work has been hailed as a combination of Forrest Gump, Zelig, Hunter S.
