Brief Description of Event

Lee County Injury Prevention Coalition is a group of various non profits and organizations all working on prevention for Lee County. We are in the process of reorganizing the group and adding on to the group to work. We want to work on a group project, Project zero and hear what other agencies are doing in prevention, who needs assistance, events coming up etc.
This meeting is held on the third Wednesday of the month from 10AM to Noon.
I scheduled the room starting at 9:30 to give us time to set up.
Would it be possible to have this room every month at this time? Thank you Syndi
