Kim Cottrell, author of Growing Up Florida Friendly, and former Master Gardener, shares how kids can create a Florida-friendly landscape. Ms. Kim will talk to the kids about some of the challenges we face in Florida, like how to tell good bugs from bad bugs, and how even kids can create a healthy and beautiful landscape in their own yards. She will also take you on a deep dive into the 9 principles of Florida-FriendlyTM Landscaping. You can review the book later, with your parents, to learn about the rest!
