Program Description

Event Details

Meet author Jennifer Coburn as she discusses her new historical novel Cradles of the Reich. Copies of the book will be available for purchase during the book signing immediately following the presentation.

The book is set in 1939 Germany. The nation is on the brink of war and Hitler’s plan to create a “master race” of pure-blooded Aryan babies has been launched. The top-secret Lebensborn Nazi breeding program is brought to life in Cradles of the Reich, the story of three German women who change the course of one another's lives.

Jennifer Coburn is the author of We’ll Always Have Paris and six contemporary women’s fiction novels. She has also published hundreds of articles on reproductive rights, racial justice, and family relationships in newspapers and magazines, including The Washington Post, Miami Herald, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and San Diego Magazine.
