Event Details
Art looting has a very long history, but nowhere was it practiced on a greater scale than when Europe was under Nazi domination. This program will recount some of the art that was stolen or destroyed by the Nazis. We'll also take a look at some that was returned following the war, and the efforts museums and galleries are making today to look for “loot” in their collections and find its rightful owners or heirs.
