Girl Scout Meeting Troop 142

Brief Description of Event

Our Girl Scout troop is looking for a home to host our weekly meetings. The meetings are planned to be held on Monday evenings at 6:30 and should last between 45 minutes to an hour. Our troop is relatively small and is a mixed troop with first grade and second grade girls ( daisy’s and brownies). We have set a max of 10 girls and expect to have 2 Leaders and two assistant leaders. We generally have a healthy snack at the end of each meeting which consists of water or a fruit juice and a fruit or granola bar. If snacks are not allowed then we can give them to the girls to take home and not eat in the room if that’s preferred. Please let us know if you require any other details or information. Also please let us know how far in advance we can book the meetings.
