The Florida Public Archaeology Network presents "Prehistoric Snowbirds". Did you know that the concept of snowbirds existed in prehistoric times as well? Join us for an overview of the entire history of humans in Southwest Florida until the Spanish arrived in the 1500s, discover the prehistory of humans in Florida, and find out just how long folks have been living seasonally in Southwest Florida.

Photography During Programs
While attending library programs, visitors may be photographed by library staff. Photographs become library property and may be used in library promotions.
