Meet, mingle and dine with the Southwest Florida Reading Festival’s bestselling authors at the beautiful, riverfront Burrough's Home and Gardens in downtown Fort Myers. 

This unforgettable evening includes hors d’oeuvres, a buffet dinner with beef, chicken and fish entrees, desserts and made-to-order coffees. A cash bar will also be available. Vegan and gluten-free options available with advanced request.

While enjoying the dinner, bid on spring training baseball tickets, day cruises along the Gulf of Mexico, weekend getaways and more at our silent auction. All proceeds benefit the festival. 

Guests can enjoy a bonus hour with the authors on a self-guided tour of the historic home, a Georgian Revival-style mansion built in 1901. Tours begin at 4:30 p.m. for an additional cost of $25.

Sales close at midnight Feb. 1 or when sold out.

Please note that not all authors may attend the event due to unavoidable travel delays.

Photography During Programs

While attending library programs, visitors may be photographed by library staff. Photographs become library property and may be used in library promotions.
