Program Description

Event Details

Get moving and get creative in this interactive summer reading program.  Using theater games, improv and fun challenges, teens "discover" characters and moments to create short scenes.  A playful, low-pressure space to experiment, collaborate, and have fun.  No experience needed! Open to teens ages 12-18.

Due to the popularity of the event, space is limited and registration is required. Your registration is guaranteed only until the start of the program at which time we will admit waitlisted attendees and walk-ins who arrive on a first come, first serve basis. Teens attend independently.

Special services like sign language interpretation and assistive listening can be provided at events to patrons upon request. Photography During Programs

While attending library programs, visitors may be photographed by library staff. Photographs become library property and may be used in library promotions. Individuals who do not want to be photographed or recorded are responsible for removing themselves from the area or notifying the photographer of their opt-out status.

Caregivers for Teen Events

This program is intended for attendees ages 12 to 18 years to attend independently. Please speak with staff if caregiver assistance is needed.
