Birth to 5 years and caregivers

This fun and engaging storytime promotes and reinforces early literacy skills and language development through stories, music, movement and activities.

Parents and caregivers participate with their children while learning helpful early literacy strategies and tips to continue at home.

 

Families with children ages birth to 5 years are invited to join us at the library for a special Smokey Bear storytime. Florida Forest Service will be joining us to tell the story of Smokey Bear. Meet Smokey Bear and learn about fire safety during this special storytime.

This event is part of the 2024 Summer Reading Program, Adventures Begins at your Library.

Special services like sign language interpretation and assistive listening can be provided at events to patrons upon request. Photography During Programs

While attending library programs, visitors may be photographed by library staff. Photographs become library property and may be used in library promotions. Individuals who do not want to be photographed or recorded are responsible for removing themselves from the area or notifying the photographer of their opt-out status.

Accompanying Adults

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.
