Brief Description of Event
We have a speaker who will give a talk on Christian Science for an hour. The time we have allocated includes the set-up time and the tear-down time. We will set up chairs for the event and put them away afterward. There will be no food or drink. We will have Christian Science literature on tables for people to look at and take. We will need the microphone system at the facility and someone to show us how it works.
