Event Details

An exception to the premise that human civilizations are based on agriculture, the Calusa in Southwest Florida developed a highly organized, stratified society, which relied only upon what nature provided. Learn about this unique Native American culture that dominated the Florida peninsula until the arrival of Europeans in the sixteenth century.

Photography During Programs
