Program Description

Event Details

Learn about two very important native ecosystems and one non-native tree through hands-on science with Sanibel Sea School. Instructors will bring samples, dissection scopes, and live creatures found in our local habitat. We will also get to dissect a coconut and sample nature's sweet treat.

Photography During Programs

While attending library programs, visitors may be photographed by library staff. Photographs become library property and may be used in library promotions. Individuals who do not want to be photographed or recorded are responsible for removing themselves from the area or notifying the photographer of their opt-out status.

Caregivers for Teen Events

This program is intended for attendees ages 12 to 17 to attend independently. Please speak with staff if caregiver assistance is needed.
