Birds of Southwest Florida

Patrons of all ages can come and join Jayne Johnston, bird enthusiast and educator, for a program about common backyard birds. We’ll start with what you know, what you would like to know, and a brief walk around the library campus to find birds. We’ll talk about plant life, other wildlife besides birds, and make observations on what birds could be found here and why (or why you do not find some birds here.) Jayne will also share technology that can help you become a citizen scientist today.
