Hear from local author Dawn Ray as she shares insights into her new novel, "Apocalypse of the Calusa." A sweeping historical tale set in Bokeelia, Pine Island, and Mound Key, the book resurrects the story of the Calusa, the powerful civilization that once ruled Florida's Gulf Coast, and re-imagines their final struggle against the Spanish conquest.
Dawn will be available for book signings and copies of her book will be available to purchase.
