Program Description

Event Details

Join presenter Penny Musco for a captivating journey through the early days of America’s fight for independence. Although the Declaration of Independence was signed in 1776, the story truly began in 1775 with the first shots of the Revolutionary War. Through the lens of our national parks, Penny will explore the pivotal places and powerful stories that shaped the birth of our nation. Discover (or rediscover!) the events, landscapes, and people that launched America’s path to freedom as we begin the 250th-anniversary commemorations.
