Princess Salama bint Said, the sultanā€˜s youngest daughter, went against Muslim custom, by eloping with a German trader and converting to Christianity. While living in exile, she wrote a fascinating memoir for her children, which Waterfall Productions has adapted into a theatrical presentation.  Sponsored by the Friends of South County Regional Library.
